Model Home is Model Perfect!

Designing a model home is different than our typical Ethel Design project. Instead of getting to sit down with a client to talk about their needs and wants for their space, we have to imagine who the potential buyer is and what would they be looking for in their dream home. Model homes used to be about selling the fantasy, but in today’s world, they’re a great way to show potential owners how to use the space and to help them see how attainable a beautifully designed home can be. Our latest model home project is part of the Clairlea Gardens development, in the established Clairlea neighborhood near Victoria Park Avenue and St. Clair Avenue in Scarborough.
